Behind VEGA Consulting is Gordana Vrcelj, a supply chain professional with more than 25 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, planning, and logistics, gained through leadership and strategic roles in both local and international companies.
Throughout her career, she has led and participated in numerous supply chain transformation projects — from improving planning processes and optimizing inventory and logistics operations, to procurement centralization, supplier development, and the implementation of more efficient operating models.
Her professional experience includes leadership roles within Bosch, ZF Group, JUB, and Zepter International, where she gained hands-on experience managing complex supply chain systems, manufacturing operations, and teams.
Gordana is also a certified Certified Supply Chain Leader (CSCL) and a licensed instructor for the CSCL program through VCARE Academy.
