VEGA Consulting was founded with a simple belief: supply chain should not be viewed merely as an operational function that solves day-to-day issues, but as a strategic capability that enables companies to grow, become more resilient, and make better business decisions.

Over the years, it became clear that many companies — especially small and medium-sized businesses — face similar challenges: disconnected processes, reactive decision-making, limited resources, and a lack of practical support that combines real-world experience with modern methodologies.

Through consulting services, education, and internationally recognized development programs, we help organizations improve performance, strengthen capabilities, and build more efficient and resilient supply chains.

Behind VEGA Consulting is Gordana Vrcelj, a supply chain professional with more than 25 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, planning, and logistics, gained through leadership and strategic roles in both local and international companies.

Throughout her career, she has led and participated in numerous supply chain transformation projects — from improving planning processes and optimizing inventory and logistics operations, to procurement centralization, supplier development, and the implementation of more efficient operating models.

Her professional experience includes leadership roles within Bosch, ZF Group, JUB, and Zepter International, where she gained hands-on experience managing complex supply chain systems, manufacturing operations, and teams.

Gordana is also a certified Certified Supply Chain Leader (CSCL) and a licensed instructor for the CSCL program through VCARE Academy.
