During this one-day training, participants explored the key elements of modern supply chain management, including supply chain strategy alignment, demand planning, Sales &Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory management, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.

One of the highlights of the program was the active participation of attendees through discussions, practical examples, and the exchange of experiences from different industries, creating a dynamic and highly interactive learning environment.

The training brought together professionals from Tara Concept, Sika, RIM Group, and JAF Serbia, providing an excellent opportunity to share best practices and discuss real business challenges.

We would like to thank all participants and the participating companies for their trust and engagement. Their contribution made this first Mini Master Class a great success.

We look forward to welcoming professionals from across the region to our future training programs and continuing to support the development of supply chain excellence.
