Kako upravljati rizicima Dobavljača u MSP

Iako svi poslujemo u veoma nestabilnom i nepredvidivom okruženju, mala i srednja preduzeća suočavaju se sa specifičnim izazovima u upravljanju rizicima dobavljača koji su značajno drugačiji u odnosu na velike korporativne sisteme:

Ograničeni ljudski resursi – MSP uglavnom nemaju posebne timove koji se bave analizom dobavljača, praćenjem rizika i tržišnih promena. Ove aktivnosti često preuzimaju zaposleni koji već imaju više različitih operativnih odgovornosti.

Ograničen budžet – za razliku od velikih kompanija, MSP često ne mogu da investiraju u skupa BI rešenja, kompleksne platforme ili specijalizovane alate za risk management.

Veća ranjivost lanca snabdevanja – oslanjanje na mali broj ključnih dobavljača, manja pregovaračka moć i ograničen broj alternativnih izvora nabavke čine ih znatno izloženijim poremećajima.

Reaktivan pristup umesto preventivnog delovanja – problemi sa dobavljačima se često identifikuju tek kada već dođe do kašnjenja, rasta cena, problema sa kvalitetom ili prekida isporuke.

Za MSP, AI u upravljanju rizicima dobavljača nije luksuz – to je pragmatična potreba.

MSP ne moraju da implementiraju kompleksne IT sisteme da bi upravljali rizicima pametnije. 

Često je dovoljno krenuti od jednostavnih AI alata (npr. Grok, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude,  Microsoft Copilot) koji omogućavaju bolju vidljivost, brže donošenje odluka i više vremena za strateške aktivnosti umesto stalnog „gašenja požara“
